Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) whilst maintaining a strong results-driven mindset
- Create a welcoming, client-focused environment by delivering best-in-class service in person, by telephone, and through digital communication channels
- Develop and cultivate both local and international client books, identifying and nurturing top-tier clientele
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise, engaging clients through the distinctive details and narratives behind each collection
- Collaborate with management to resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and protecting brand reputation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in retail or hospitality environments
- Fluent in French and English; additional language proficiency is advantageous
