Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve, and advise customers with the highest standard of service at all times
- Develop customer loyalty through personalized one-on-one engagement and relationship-building
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and maintain awareness of current campaigns, new launches, and promotions
- Introduce complementary products and maximize sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets
- Address customer complaints effectively in liaison with management
- Monitor sales targets and departmental performance on a daily and weekly basis
- Maintain adherence to all stock management and inventory procedures
- Support the team in maintaining exceptional housekeeping and visual merchandising standards
- Operate confidently with point-of-sale systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures
- Implement security measures to prevent loss and theft
- Ensure departmental operations comply with company administrative systems and procedures
- Participate constructively in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative environment
- Execute additional duties as directed by management

- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Demonstrated passion for Christian Dior and its collections
- Strong knowledge of fashion industry trends and product categories
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems
