Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver premium customer service and product expertise to achieve assigned sales targets
- Provide clients with comprehensive product information and sourcing assistance
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards, and visual displays
- Execute inventory management tasks including receiving, price ticketing, stock verification, and stockroom organization
- Uphold Christian Dior Couture retail standards, brand values, and operational procedures during all customer interactions
- Provide cross-departmental support and ad-hoc operational tasks as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
