DIOR is hiring a Sales Associate in Chatswood, Australia — full-time role delivering luxury clienteling and sales at the Christian Dior Couture boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the Maison’s ambassador in the Chatswood boutique, delivering an exceptional welcome and embodying Dior’s codes and heritage.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised clienteling and proactive outreach to grow a sustainable client portfolio.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, cross-selling and seasonal campaign execution.
- Provide expert product storytelling and styling advice for fashion and leather goods, guiding clients through collections and new launches.
- Maintain boutique standards of visual presentation, merchandising and product care to reflect the Maison’s luxury positioning.
- Accurately process sales transactions, manage client records and follow post-sale service and aftercare standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail or fashion boutique sales, with demonstrable results against sales targets.
- Proven ability to build and influence client brand loyalty and to grow a personal client list.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Passion for fashion and luxury goods and the ability to role-model Dior’s standards of conduct and presentation.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years’ retail experience in luxury fashion or leather goods, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing client portfolios.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification or formal training in fashion, retail management or a related discipline is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Chatswood, New South Wales, Australia, with easy access to Sydney.
