Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate in Cebu, Philippines to deliver luxury client service and drive sales at the NUSTAR boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Present the Dior collection and embody the Maison’s service standards to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Actively sell and promote product ranges to achieve individual and boutique sales targets
- Develop, maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships through regular contact, personalised service and one-to-one appointments
- Operate and update the CRM system to manage client profiles, appointments and follow-ups
- Support stock management, inbound/outbound logistics and inventory accuracy
- Assist with visual merchandising, floor moves and boutique housekeeping to uphold presentation standards
- Provide after-sales service and manage transactions in accordance with brand procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, customer service or client relations; retail experience strongly preferred
- Fluent English (spoken and written)

Minimum three years’ professional experience in sales, customer service or client relations, with prior retail experience strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
