Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate in Cebu (NUSTAR) to deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Present the Dior collection and embody the Maison’s brand aesthetic at all client touchpoints.
- Deliver personalised, high-standard customer service and actively drive sales performance.
- Manage CRM records and prepare one-to-one client appointments to support clienteling initiatives.
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients through targeted follow-up and personalised service.
- Support stock management, assist with floor moves and replenishment, and participate in merchandising and visual presentation.
- Maintain boutique standards including housekeeping and visual upkeep as required.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales, customer service or client relations; retail experience preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Professional personal presentation and polished sales presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients and deliver discreet, attentive service.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service or client-relations roles; prior retail experience within luxury or premium environments is preferred.
Education
Degree (or equivalent professional qualification).
