Christian Dior Couture seeks a full-time Sales Associate in Bicester, UK. Build client relationships and drive luxury sales with 3+ years fashion retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve, and advise customers with the highest standard of customer service and luxury hospitality
- Develop lasting client loyalty through 1-2-1 personal shopper consultations and relationship-building
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all Dior categories and communicate current campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Introduce complementary products and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets
- Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate to management when necessary
- Monitor sales targets and boutique performance on a daily and weekly basis
- Follow all stock management and inventory control procedures
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and retail display standards throughout the department
- Operate selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures with proficiency
- Implement security measures to prevent loss and protect merchandise
- Ensure departmental operations comply with company administrative systems and procedures to minimize losses
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative working environment
- Execute any additional duties as directed by the management team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience within luxury fashion retail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Existing client book and proven ability to cultivate long-term client relationships
- Demonstrated passion for Christian Dior and its collections
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and luxury product categories
- Fluency in a second language (preferred)
