Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve, and advise customers with the highest standard of customer service at all times
- Develop lasting loyalty with clients through a personal shopper approach and one-to-one relationship-building
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and communicate current marketing campaigns, new launches, and promotions
- Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets
- Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate to management when necessary
- Maintain awareness of sales targets and boutique performance on a daily and weekly basis
- Follow all stock management procedures and ensure accurate inventory control
- Support the team in maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and visual display within the boutique
- Operate proficiently with point-of-sale systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures
- Maximize security and prevent theft of product through vigilant attention and adherence to protocols
- Ensure departmental operations comply with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses

- Minimum 3 years of experience within luxury fashion retail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- An existing client book and proven ability to build long-term client relationships
- Demonstrated passion for Christian Dior and the brand's collections
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and luxury market dynamics
- Fluency in a second language (preferred)
