Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive mindset at all times
- Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment by offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication
- Develop local and international client book with the ability to recruit and cultivate top-tier clients
- Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients through the details and heritage stories of Dior collections
- Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team to ensure satisfaction and business objectives are met
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail or hospitality environments
- Strong drive for business results coupled with passion for creativity and fashion
- Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated empathy
- Proven ability to develop and maintain lasting client relationships
- Outstanding customer service capability across multiple channels (in-person, telephone, electronic)
- Strong prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced luxury retail setting
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in a retail or hospitality environment, preferably within luxury brands. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and developing client books is essential.
Education
Secondary education required; additional training in luxury retail, customer service, or fashion studies is advantageous.
