Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate in Barcelona. Luxury retail role offering growth opportunities within an iconic Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives through effective application of luxury sales techniques and client engagement strategies
- Develop comprehensive product expertise and communicate the heritage, craftsmanship, and stories embedded in Dior collections
- Manage daily KPIs and sales targets whilst identifying customer expectations and executing consultative add-on sales
- Execute the Dior retail ceremony for all clientele, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and service excellence
- Build and maintain both local and international client books, recruiting and developing high-value client relationships through clienteling practices
- Provide omnichannel customer service across in-person, telephone, and digital communications channels
- Collaborate with management to resolve client issues and complaints to mutual satisfaction whilst protecting brand reputation
- Conduct product reception, quality control, stock management, and inventory updates following sales transactions
- Supervise product feedback processes and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and preferences
- Prepare deliveries, coordinate product packaging, and execute the premium wrapping service expected of the Dior brand
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in fashion and luxury retail boutiques
- Advanced knowledge of luxury products, selling techniques, and the high-end retail environment
- University degree or Fashion school diploma
- Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English (additional languages advantageous)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 360 and basic digital software literacy
- Demonstrated ambition to advance within luxury retail and assume greater responsibilities
- Strong team-working mentality with a positive, kind attitude and collaborative approach
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of verified experience in fashion and luxury retail, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships within high-end boutique environments. Prior exposure to clienteling systems and luxury product knowledge is essential.
Education
University degree or equivalent qualification from a Fashion school program.
