Christian Dior Couture in Barcelona seeks a Sales Associate (3‑month contract) to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales on Paseo de Gracia.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling and effective use of sales techniques.
  • Deliver a best‑in‑class retail ceremony for every client in‑store, by phone and via electronic communication; provide personalised clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients to grow lifetime value.
  • Monitor daily objectives and KPIs, report on performance and contribute to team sales strategies.
  • Ensure back‑office accuracy: receive merchandise, perform quality control, update stock after sales and prepare deliveries, packaging and product wrapping.
  • Resolve client issues in collaboration with management to protect the Maison’s reputation and client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fashion or luxury boutique retail.
  • University degree or diploma from a fashion school.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven product knowledge and mastery of selling techniques relevant to luxury goods.
  • Familiarity with Office 360 and basic digital tools for client communication and reporting.
  • Strong commercial drive, time‑management skills and ability to work to objectives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, clear communication, teamwork, flexibility and a customer‑centric attitude.

Experience
