Christian Dior Couture is hiring a Sales Associate in Austin, USA — deliver luxury client service, build a client book and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class client service across in-person, telephone and electronic channels, ensuring a welcoming and personalized boutique experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs (Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction, Average Dollar per Transaction).
- Develop and grow a local and international client book through proactive clienteling, recruitment and relationship management.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and present product stories and selling ceremonies to engage clients and close sales.
- Support boutique operations including visual merchandising, floor moves, housekeeping, stock organisation and heart-of-house management.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts, protect boutique assets and follow company operating procedures for charge-send and stock handling.
- Resolve client issues in partnership with boutique leadership to protect the client relationship and business interests.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail sales and client service experience; luxury goods experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships through excellent communication, organisation and follow-through.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets with a results-oriented, team-first attitude.
- Strong numeracy and written skills sufficient to complete business and client documentation accurately.
- Adaptable time-management and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.

Experience
At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably within luxury consumer goods or premium fashion boutiques.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, luxury brand or sales training preferred.
