Christian Dior Couture in Athens seeks a Temporary Sales Associate to deliver exceptional client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary client service in-person, by telephone and via e-communication, acting as an ambassador of the Maison and ensuring every client feels welcomed and valued.
  • Drive store sales and contribute to revenue growth by presenting products consistent with the brand image, advising clients, and converting opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through CRM and clienteling activities: data capture, follow-up, event invitations and personalised outreach.
  • Support store events and initiatives, proposing ideas and assisting with organisation to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
  • Resolve client issues collaboratively with the team to protect the Maison’s reputation and ensure commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing sales.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and an agile, client-centric mindset.
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude, flexibility and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Ability to work to objectives, manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate within a team.

Experience
