Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with elegance and attentiveness, creating an elevated in-store experience aligned with Dior's heritage
- Assess client needs and preferences through consultative dialogue, tailoring product recommendations to individual style profiles
- Execute sales transactions with accuracy whilst maintaining comprehensive client relationship records
- Embody and communicate the values and aesthetics of the Christian Dior Couture brand through personal presentation and service excellence
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation in accordance with boutique operational standards
- Collaborate on visual merchandising projects and seasonal display initiatives to optimize product presentation
Qualifications
- Commercial or business-related studies in progress
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Fluency in Mandarin, Russian, or Arabic preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated client-facing experience
- Availability to commence the programme from late August 2026
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; no prior professional retail or sales experience required. Commercial studies or equivalent customer-service orientation preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in a commercial or business-focused degree programme, or equivalent vocational training in sales, retail, or hospitality.
