Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators
- Maintain a strong drive for results and positive mindset
- Provide best-in-class service across in-person, phone, and electronic communication channels
- Develop and cultivate a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and engage clients through product narratives and heritage
- Partner with management to resolve client issues promptly and to the benefit of both business and clientele
- Manage individual stock assignments and organize merchandise on the sales floor and in stockroom areas
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts while adhering to all operational procedures and asset protection protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or hospitality experience
- Fluent in Kazakh and Russian (additional languages preferred)
- Strong communication skills with ability to build lasting client relationships
