Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate in Almaty, Kazakhstan — full-time boutique role focused on luxury clienteling and sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and follow-up.
- Deliver best-in-class client service in person, by phone and through electronic communication, ensuring each client feels welcomed and cherished.
- Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing high-value clients through personalised clienteling.
- Demonstrate deep product expertise and engage clients through product stories, craftsmanship details and styling advice.
- Resolve client issues in partnership with boutique management to protect the Maison’s reputation and client relationships.
- Manage individual stock assignments, including organisation of floor and back-of-house inventory and participation in inventory and cycle counts.
- Protect boutique assets by adhering to operating procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or hospitality, preferably within luxury fashion.
- Fluency in Kazakh and Russian; additional languages are an asset.
- Proven commercial orientation with a sustained track record of achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Passion for fashion, creativity and the Maison Christian Dior.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail or hospitality, with demonstrated results in client development and sales—experience within luxury fashion preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education or vocational training in fashion, luxury retail, or hospitality is a plus.
