Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and employ effective sales techniques to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Assess customer needs and provide detailed product information to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through systematic use of the client book and ongoing communication
- Support floor moves, visual merchandising, and display maintenance to ensure an elevated shopping environment
- Maintain awareness of all promotional campaigns and advertisements to leverage sales opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of retail industry experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred
