Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the Maison’s ambassador in a Paris boutique, delivering a polished, client‑first experience that embodies Dior’s values.
- Welcome clients, establish rapport and accurately identify individual needs to recommend appropriate products.
- Execute and follow through on sales transactions, ensuring commercial targets and service KPIs are met.
- Build and nurture long‑term client relationships to drive retention and loyalty through proactive clienteling.
- Contribute to stock management, inventory controls and backend processes to maintain product availability.
- Support visual merchandising activities to ensure boutique presentation aligns with seasonal directives and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a commercial/retail or business programme and seeking an alternance (work‑study) contract.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in a third language (Chinese, Russian or Arabic) is a clear advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for client contact and luxury service.
- Available to commence the alternance from end of August 2026.
