Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison in a flagship boutique: welcome clients and deliver a refined client experience.
- Advise clients, identify needs and build long‑term relationships to convert and retain clientele in line with Dior values.
- Conduct and follow up sales transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
- Contribute to stock management activities including receiving, replenishment and inventory control.
- Support in‑store visual merchandising and presentation to maintain brand standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a commercial, business or retail programme and seeking an alternance/work‑study placement.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in a third language (Chinese, Russian or Arabic) is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an affinity for client service and luxury retail.
- Available to begin the alternance from early September 2026.
