Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Assistant in Venice (temporary, full‑time). Drive sales, build client relationships and deliver exceptional luxury service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives through the effective application of luxury selling techniques and proactive client engagement.
- Demonstrate authoritative product expertise and articulate the stories and details that differentiate Dior items to enrich the client experience.
- Develop and maintain a local and international client book using clienteling and customer database management to recruit and grow top clients.
- Deliver best-in-class retail service in person, by phone and via electronic communication, ensuring a refined and consistent retail ceremony for every client.
- Proactively identify customer needs and execute add-on sales opportunities while tracking daily objectives and KPIs.
- Support back-office operations: receive and quality-check product, update stock records after sales, prepare deliveries and oversee packaging and presentation.
- Resolve client issues in partnership with management to preserve long-term relationships and protect the Maison’s reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fashion or luxury boutique retail, preferably within high-end maisons.
- University degree or diploma from a fashion school.
- Fluent English (C1–C2) is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proven knowledge of luxury selling techniques, clienteling and customer database handling.
- Proficiency with Office 360 and comfortable using basic digital retail tools.

Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in fashion or luxury boutiques, with demonstrated success in sales and client development.
Education
University degree or diploma from a recognised fashion school.
