Christian Dior Couture in Madrid seeks an entry-level Sales Assistant (Contrato Formativo) at El Corte Inglés Castellana. English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives through effective selling techniques and adherence to daily KPIs.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and communicate product stories to engage clients and drive add‑on sales.
- Deliver a refined retail ceremony and best‑in‑class customer service in person, by phone and by electronic communication.
- Build and maintain a local and international client book through proactive clienteling and database management.
- Resolve client issues in collaboration with the management team to protect the client relationship and business interests.
- Support back‑office operations including product reception, quality checks, stock updates and preparation of deliveries and luxury packaging.
- Contribute product feedback and share merchandising or service insights with the team.
Qualifications
- Eligible to sign a “Contrato Formativo para la Obtención de la Práctica Profesional” under applicable Spanish law.
- English language proficiency — mandatory.
- Preferred 1–2 years’ experience in fashion or luxury boutique retail; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
- Working knowledge of Office 360 and basic digital tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills: empathy, clear communication, team orientation and client-centric mindset.
- High motivation for career development in luxury retail, flexibility and ability to work to objectives in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred 1–2 years of retail experience in fashion or luxury boutiques; recent graduates are eligible if they meet the legal criteria for the Contrato Formativo.
