Christian Dior Couture seeks a Seasonal Sales Assistant in Taormina, Italy—deliver luxury retail excellence and drive sales growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives through the effective implementation of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on product heritage, craftsmanship, and distinctive features
- Monitor daily sales objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain alignment with store targets
- Identify client expectations and provide tailored product recommendations, including strategic add-on sales opportunities
- Deliver premium retail ceremony to all customers, exceeding service expectations through attentive, personalized engagement
- Manage customer database and execute clienteling strategies to build and nurture lasting client relationships
- Cultivate a welcoming, client-focused environment through exceptional service delivery across in-person, telephone, and digital channels
- Develop local and international client portfolio, identifying and recruiting top-tier clientele while fostering long-term loyalty
- Collaborate with management to resolve client issues systematically, ensuring resolution benefits both the business and client satisfaction
- Participate in product reception and quality control procedures prior to sale and maintain accurate stock records
- Monitor product feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of merchandise presentation
- Execute professional product packaging, wrapping, and delivery preparation in accordance with Maison standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in fashion and luxury retail boutiques
- University degree or Fashion school qualification
- English language proficiency at C1–C2 level (mandatory); proficiency in additional languages highly advantageous
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 360 and other basic digital software applications
- Demonstrated ambition to advance within luxury retail and assume increasingly complex responsibilities
- Positive, kind demeanor with strong interpersonal capabilities
- Proven team-working orientation and collaborative mindset
- Committed, flexible approach with genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning
