Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives through effective use of sales techniques and strong product expertise
- Engage clients through detailed product narratives and stories while identifying customer expectations
- Monitor daily sales objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to ensure accountability
- Advise customers on products and identify add-on sales opportunities
- Deliver exceptional retail ceremony to all customers, consistently going the extra mile
- Manage customer database and implement clienteling strategies to develop local and international client relationships
- Ensure welcoming, client-focused environment through in-person, phone, and electronic communications
- Recruit and develop top clients while building lasting relationships through strong communication
- Collaborate with management to resolve client issues effectively for mutual benefit
- Contribute to product reception, quality control, stock management, and packaging preparation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques
- Strong product knowledge and demonstrated mastery of sales techniques
- University education or Fashion school degree
- English at C1-C2 level (mandatory); additional languages preferred
- Proficiency in Office 360 and basic digital software skills
- Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in luxury fashion retail, including demonstrated success in sales achievement, product knowledge, and client relationship development within a boutique or luxury retail environment.
Education
University degree or Fashion school qualification required.
