Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create a refined, personalised in-store experience that reflects the Maison’s values.
- Advise clients, identify needs and guide product selection to convert and maximise sales.
- Execute and follow up on sales transactions, ensuring accurate post-sale service and client records.
- Build client loyalty through proactive clienteling and high standards of service.
- Contribute to stock management activities including receipt, replenishment and inventory controls.
- Participate in merchandising and boutique presentation to maintain Dior’s visual standards.
- Learn retail processes and luxury client-service methodologies as part of an apprenticeship programme.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a commercial or business educational programme and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
- Excellent command of English; a third language (Chinese, Russian or Arabic) is a distinct advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine aptitude for client contact and relationship-building.
- Available to start at the end of August 2026 and able to work full-time on site at Roissy airport boutique.
- Commitment to professional discretion, presentation and the pursuit of luxury service standards.
