Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Assistant in Milan Malpensa — full-time contract role focused on clienteling and boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, client-centric service in accordance with the Maison’s standards to drive sales and elevate brand image.
  • Manage in-boutique client relationships: present products, advise on styling, capture client information and follow up to build loyalty.
  • Execute CRM activities and support organisation of client events and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Act as a mentor for new colleagues by providing induction, on-the-floor coaching and practical training in partnership with the managerial team.
  • Maintain a welcoming environment across all contact channels (in-person, telephone and e-communications) and resolve client issues collaboratively to protect the client relationship and business interests.
  • Contribute to boutique commercial objectives and report performance to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion.
  • Proven selling techniques and strong commercial awareness.
  • Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of Office 360 and basic digital software; familiarity with CRM processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: empathy, clear communication, team orientation and a client-first mindset.
  • Ambition to grow within luxury retail, flexibility and the ability to work to objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion; experience mentoring or coaching colleagues is a plus.

Education
