Role & Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships within the boutique with focus on product sales and effective brand representation, offering comprehensive product information and event guidance
- Mentor and provide training to new team members, collaborating with boutique management to ensure proper Dior induction for all staff
- Build customer loyalty through CRM initiatives including client contact, follow-up activities, event organization, and strategic proposal development
- Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment through exceptional service delivery across in-person, telephone, and digital communication channels
- Collaborate with the team to resolve client concerns and issues efficiently, balancing business objectives with customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or luxury retail
- Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 360 and digital software platforms
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated empathy and ability to build lasting relationships
