Christian Dior Couture, Marbella – Sales Assistant apprenticeship for recent graduates in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute sales objectives through deployment of professional sales techniques and product demonstration
- Cultivate product expertise and communicate brand heritage and storytelling to clients
- Monitor daily sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability
- Assess customer needs and preferences; recommend appropriate products and complementary purchases
- Deliver exceptional retail ceremony and bespoke service experiences to all clientele
- Manage customer database systems and apply clienteling principles to build lasting relationships
- Create welcoming, client-focused retail environment with omnichannel service delivery (in-person, telephone, digital)
- Develop local and international client relationships with capacity to identify and cultivate high-value accounts
- Collaborate with management team on issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Support product reception, quality assurance, inventory management, and stock updates
- Execute product feedback protocols and oversee packaging and presentation standards
Qualifications
- Must meet legal eligibility requirements for 'Contrato Formativo para la Obtención de la Práctica Profesional' apprenticeship status
- Minimum 6–12 months practical experience in fashion or luxury retail environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement methodology
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Competency with Microsoft Office 360 and digital business software
- Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities

Experience
Beginner to early-career professionals with 6–12 months experience in fashion or luxury retail. Recent graduates with foundational knowledge of luxury retail operations are encouraged to apply.
Education
No specific educational qualification mandated; candidates must satisfy legal apprenticeship programme eligibility criteria established in Spain for professional training contracts.
