Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives through effective application of sales techniques and product expertise
- Engage clients through detailed product knowledge and compelling storytelling of the House's collections
- Monitor daily sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to drive performance
- Identify customer expectations, provide tailored product recommendations, and execute effective add-on sales strategies
- Deliver refined retail ceremony and service excellence to every client, exceeding expectations
- Manage customer database and develop clienteling strategies to build lasting relationships
- Create a welcoming, client-focused environment across in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Build and expand both local and international client portfolios through effective relationship development
- Collaborate with management to resolve client concerns and protect business interests
- Support product reception, quality control, inventory management, and stock updates
- Supervise product feedback processes and ensure quality standards
- Prepare deliveries and execute meticulous product packaging and presentation
Qualifications
- Must meet legal requirements to sign an apprenticeship contract (Contrato Formativo para la Obtención de la Práctica Profesional)
- 1-2 years of experience in fashion and luxury retail environments preferred
- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer engagement methodologies
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and digital business software
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and Dior's heritage
