Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver best‑in‑class customer service in person, by phone and through digital channels, embodying Maison Christian Dior’s standards and image.
- Manage client relationships to drive sales and loyalty through clienteling and CRM activities: data capture, follow‑up, invitations and event support.
- Present and promote products accurately, advising clients on fit, materials and styling to achieve sales objectives.
- Act as a mentor for new hires by providing on‑the‑job coaching, induction support and practical training in boutique procedures.
- Collaborate with the boutique managerial team to resolve client issues and ensure a welcoming, client‑focused environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail sales or a comparable client‑facing role.
- Fluent Chinese (mandarin) and English — both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven knowledge of selling techniques and clienteling strategies, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM processes, basic digital tools and Office 360.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, strong communication, team spirit, flexibility and a client‑centric mindset.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of progressive experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, with demonstrated success in client relationship management and driving commercial results; experience mentoring or training junior colleagues is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, business or related fields is a plus.
