Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador within a Paris boutique, delivering a refined client reception and personalised service.
  • Identify customer needs, provide product advice and guide clients through the buying journey to achieve sales objectives.
  • Execute and follow up on transactions, ensuring accuracy in sales documentation and client records.
  • Develop client relationships and contribute to loyalty-building through exemplary clienteling and after‑sales care.
  • Support inventory and stock management activities, including receiving, replenishment and basic stock control.
  • Participate in merchandising and visual presentation to uphold the House’s aesthetic and commercial standards.
  • Learn retail operations and collaborate with the boutique team to maintain operational excellence throughout the apprenticeship.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a commercial, retail or business diploma program and eligible for an alternance (apprenticeship) contract.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for client contact and luxury service.
  • Availability to commence the apprenticeship at the end of August 2026.
  • Knowledge of an additional language (Chinese, Russian or Arabic) is a plus.
  • Commitment to represent Dior’s values of discretion, excellence and professionalism.

Experience

Entry-level position; no prior professional experience required. Previous customer‑facing or retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
