LVMH Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Sales and Education Executive in San Diego to lead field sales, manage brand teams, and drive retail business growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals, market share targets, and profitability objectives aligned with brand strategy
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape in partnership with the Area Manager to identify opportunities and prioritize strategic initiatives
  • Lead, coach, and motivate internal and external Brand Ambassadors to embody Dior values and achieve sales objectives while fostering innovation and creativity
  • Conduct regular field visits to provide hands-on coaching, side-by-side selling support, and strategic guidance to brand teams across accounts
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-performing talent while creating succession plans and fostering professional growth
  • Ensure consistent execution and rollout of training initiatives, product launches, visual merchandising, and brand elevation programs across all touchpoints
  • Maximize omni-channel client experience by maintaining in-depth knowledge of retailer CRM programs and Dior.com programming
  • Manage budget allocation, staffing optimization, travel expense reconciliation, and in-store spend to maximize return on investment and profitability
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and annual market strategies aligned with business priorities, seasonal events, and promotional calendars
  • Monitor and enhance CRM benchmarks, client relationships, and assortment strategies while maintaining brand image integrity across all 360° executions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales management and people leadership experience in a retail environment
  • Proven track record in luxury and/or cosmetics retail operations
  • Demonstrated makeup artistry skills with ability to apply makeup across diverse skin tones, ages, and types
  • Deep understanding of fragrance categories, olfactive families, fragrance notes, and scent psychology
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain business relationships
  • Exceptional organizational skills, calendar management, and multitasking abilities
