Dior Sales and Education Executive role in Miami. Lead field sales, drive revenue growth, and manage retail teams at Sephora and Ulta. $80K–$95K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-specific sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue goals, aligning with brand strategy and market positioning
- Partner with the Area Manager to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities to maximize market share and penetration
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including Retailer Beauty Advisors, Store Management, and internal teams to enhance CRM programs, brand image, assortment, and inventory management
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of retailer CRM programs and Dior.com offerings to optimize the omni-channel client experience
- Ensure consistent execution of brand image, product launches, and visual merchandising standards across all sales channels
- Develop weekly, monthly, and annual market strategies to support business priorities, seasonal events, and brand initiatives
- Manage Selling Specialist productivity through strategic staffing, travel reconciliation, and budget optimization to maximize instore presence within allocated budgets
- Demonstrate accountability for profitability and ROI by strategically managing budgets, fostering innovative spending approaches, and identifying new avenues for incremental returns
- Lead, coach, and motivate internal and external Brand Ambassadors to promote Dior values, achieve sales objectives, and foster creativity and innovation
- Recruit, hire, and develop talent while emphasizing retention of high-performing teams and creating succession plans
- Conduct regular field visits to provide hands-on support, coaching, and mentorship to brand teams, employing side-by-side selling techniques and active sales floor participation
- Maximize productivity within specialty multi-brand retailers through employee engagement, training, operational excellence, and effective freelance staff leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales management and people leadership experience in a retail environment
- Proven expertise in luxury and/or cosmetics retail sales
- Demonstrated makeup artistry skills with a strong portfolio or verified ability to apply makeup across diverse skin tones, ages, and types
- Deep understanding of the fragrance category, including olfactive families, fragrance notes, and scent psychology
- Strong proficiency with digital tools including PowerBI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; additional languages preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and emotional intelligence capabilities
- Proven strategic and analytical thinking to drive business success
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram, preferred
