Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, market leadership position, and penetration targets aligned with brand strategy
  • Conduct regular field visits with approved cadence to provide hands-on coaching and support to brand teams, emphasizing A-C volume doors and strategic freelance deployment
  • Lead, coach, and motivate internal and external Brand Ambassadors to promote Dior values, foster creativity, and achieve collective productivity objectives
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-performing talent while creating succession plans for Market Leads, Selling Specialists, and Freelancers
  • Enhance skills and capabilities of Freelance associates, Multi-Brand Beauty Consultants, and store teams using brand tracking tools and side-by-side selling techniques
  • Ensure consistent roll-out and execution of product launches, brand elevation initiatives, training programs, and 360° visual merchandising execution
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retailer CRM programs and Dior.com omni-channel programming to optimize client experience across touchpoints
  • Optimize Selling Specialist productivity through strategic staffing, travel and expense reconciliation, and in-store spend maximization within allocated budgets
  • Partner with Area Manager to prioritize market, trends, and competitive landscape decisions; implement strategies to maximize business opportunities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Retailer Beauty Advisors, Store Management, Sales, HR, Merchandising, Retail Events) to enhance CRM, brand image, assortment, and inventory
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and annual market strategies supporting business priorities and events
  • Manage accountability for profitability and ROI; strategically manage budgets, foster innovative spending approaches, and seek incremental return on investment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales management and people leadership experience in a retail environment
  • Proven makeup artistry skills with a strong portfolio or demonstrated ability to apply makeup across diverse skin tones, ages, and types
  • Deep understanding of the fragrance category, including olfactive families, fragrance notes, and the psychology of scent
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong business relationships
  • Strategic and analytical thinking capability to drive business success
