Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals while maintaining market leadership and penetration benchmarks
- Conduct regular field visits to provide hands-on coaching and support to brand teams, leveraging side-by-side selling techniques and active participation on the sales floor
- Lead, coach, and motivate internal and external brand ambassadors to promote Dior values, maintain professional brand representation, and foster creativity and innovation
- Partner with Area Manager to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities; implement strategies to maximize business growth
- Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-performing talent with emphasis on succession planning and retention of top performers
- Ensure consistent execution and roll-out of brand training initiatives, product launches, visual merchandising, and 360° brand executions
- Maximize productivity through employee engagement, operational excellence, and strategic staffing of freelance associates across specialty retailers
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of retailer CRM programs and Dior.com offerings to optimize the omni-channel client experience
- Manage budgets and T&E reconciliation; optimize staffing spend and instore investments to maximize ROI and profitability
- Collaborate with merchandising, retail education, retail excellence, store management, and events teams to enhance brand image and assortment execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales management and people leadership experience in a retail environment
- Proven makeup artistry skills with a strong portfolio and demonstrated ability to apply makeup across diverse skin tones, ages, and types
- Deep understanding of the fragrance category, including olfactive families, fragrance notes, and the psychology of scent
- Luxury and/or cosmetics industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI
- Strong organizational skills, calendar management, and ability to prioritize while multitasking
