Christian Dior Couture Sales Advisor position in Xiamen, China. Retail sales and customer service role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professional product knowledge to meet client needs and achieve sales objectives
- Assist customers with product information and facilitate purchase decisions
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards
- Execute inventory management tasks including receiving stock, pricing, labeling, and conducting physical inventory audits
- Arrange product displays and ensure merchandise presentation aligns with brand standards
- Implement sales procedures in accordance with company retail standards, values, and objectives
- Support other departments as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and verbal expression skills
- Strong service orientation and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with high work efficiency
- Availability for shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holiday coverage
- Previous retail or apparel sales experience preferred
