Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Advisor in Wuchang District, Wuhan to deliver luxury client service and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, product‑led client service to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Advise customers on product features, fit and styling; assist clients in selecting merchandise and providing product information.
- Ensure impeccable store presentation through visual merchandising, replenishment and attractive product display.
- Perform operational tasks including receiving deliveries, price tagging/labeling, inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to company retail standards and sales processes; execute assigned duties across departments as required, including support during peak periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented demeanour.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment and maintain high productivity.
- Availability to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Previous retail or apparel sales experience preferred; prior luxury retail experience is an advantage.

Experience
Previous experience in retail, preferably in apparel or luxury goods, is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated customer service experience and familiarity with sales targets are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
