Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Advisor in Shenzhen (Shenzhen Bay MixC) — full-time retail role delivering luxury client service and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, product-led customer service and expert product knowledge to meet client needs and achieve store sales targets.
- Advise clients on product features and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness, manage replenishment and assist with routine cleaning tasks.
- Receive and process deliveries, price and label merchandise, perform physical stock checks and contribute to attractive visual merchandising.
- Ensure consistent execution of the sales process and uphold company retail standards, values and objectives.
- Provide operational support to other departments as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong service orientation with genuine interpersonal affinity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain high work efficiency.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and some public holidays.
- Previous retail or apparel sales experience is preferred.
Experience
Previous experience in retail or apparel sales is preferred but not required; candidates should demonstrate client-facing experience and a service-oriented track record.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
