Christian Dior Sales Associate position in Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. Deliver luxury retail service and achieve sales targets in a fashion retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales performance and meet targets
- Assist customers with product information and purchase decisions
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Process incoming merchandise, apply pricing, and conduct inventory checks
- Execute sales transactions and ensure compliance with company retail procedures and standards
- Support other departments as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong service orientation and approachability
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail or apparel sales experience preferred
