Role & Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the history and heritage of Christian Dior Couture.
- Welcome clients as a brand ambassador, demonstrating extensive knowledge of collections and sales ceremonies.
- Propose and sell pieces across all collections to optimize cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor boutique and client portfolio KPIs.
- Ensure client well-being in-store and deliver a personalized, unforgettable shopping experience.
- Provide expert advice tailored to clients' desires, personalities, and body types.
- Maintain and build client relationships to ensure loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Acquire and retain new clients on both national and international levels.
- Actively develop a portfolio of local clients using CRM techniques.
- Participate in stock management and ensure optimal stock presentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance store performance and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong service orientation and understanding of client needs.
- Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous with a keen interest in luxury fashion.
- Team-oriented with a focus on individual and collective success.
- Result-driven and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is highly valued.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
