Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of Christian Dior Couture's history, heritage, and collections to serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador
  • Welcome clients with distinguished service, demonstrating expert understanding of collections and Dior's sales ceremony
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across all product universes to optimize boutique revenue and KPI performance
  • Ensure client wellbeing in-store by delivering personalized, memorable, and surprising experiences tailored to individual preferences
  • Provide expert styling advice, considering client desires, personalities, and body morphology when recommending pieces
  • Proactively monitor and anticipate client needs while identifying solutions for discerning clientele
  • Build and maintain a loyal personal client portfolio at both national and international levels
  • Apply CRM techniques and internal tools to foster long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
  • Manage stock rotation and maintenance, maintaining thorough knowledge of in-store inventory and reserve stock
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and boutique performance optimization
  • Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues to support collective boutique success

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury sales experience
  • Fluent French and English; third language highly valued
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage international and local clientele
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion market and high-end clienteling practices
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and internal retail systems
  • Natural predisposition towards service excellence and client relationship building
