Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Christian Dior's heritage, history, and product collections to serve as a brand ambassador
  • Welcome and receive clients with excellence, delivering personalized and memorable experiences that reflect the Maison's values
  • Provide expert styling advice tailored to each client's aesthetic preferences, personality, and morphology, proposing curated looks across all departments
  • Drive sales initiatives and track key performance indicators for the boutique and personal client portfolio
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive service orientation and CRM techniques, acquiring and retaining both domestic and international clients
  • Manage inventory responsibly, maintaining stock organisation and leveraging knowledge of reserve inventory to fulfill client requests efficiently
  • Contribute constructively to store operations and performance improvements through forward-thinking initiative

Qualifications
