Role & Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Christian Dior Couture's history, heritage, and current collections to serve as a knowledgeable Maison ambassador
- Welcome clients with excellence, demonstrate deep product knowledge, and execute the Maison's ceremonial sales approach across all product categories
- Execute cross-selling strategies and drive sales performance while monitoring boutique and personal client portfolio KPIs
- Curate personalized, memorable shopping experiences by understanding client desires, personalities, and morphologies while proactively identifying suited style recommendations
- Build and maintain a portfolio of local, national, and international clients using CRM techniques and tools to foster loyalty and establish lasting relationships
- Actively pursue new client acquisition and deepen relationships with existing VIP clientele through tailored service and special attention
- Participate in inventory management, maintain stock organization, and possess complete knowledge of in-store and reserve inventory to fulfill client requests efficiently
- Contribute actively to store process improvement and collective boutique performance through team collaboration and individual initiative
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or sales
- Fluent French and English language proficiency; mastery of a third language strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in high-touch client service and relationship management
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion industry trends and aesthetic sensibilities
- Ability to execute CRM best practices and client relationship development
- Exemplary personal presentation and professional comportment aligned with Maison values
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail, sales, or client-facing roles within the fashion or prestige goods sectors. Prior experience in a luxury boutique environment and demonstrated success in building and maintaining high-value client relationships strongly preferred.
Education
