Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the history and heritage of Christian Dior Couture.
  • Welcome clients as a brand ambassador, showcasing extensive knowledge of collections and sales ceremonies.
  • Propose cross-selling opportunities across various product lines to optimize sales.
  • Monitor and analyze boutique and client portfolio KPIs.
  • Ensure client well-being in-store and deliver a personalized, unforgettable shopping experience.
  • Proactively address the needs of a discerning clientele with expert advice tailored to client desires, personalities, and body types.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, focusing on loyalty and acquisition of new clients both nationally and internationally.
  • Actively expand a local client portfolio and apply CRM techniques to enhance client retention.
  • Participate in stock organization and maintain awareness of inventory to meet client expectations efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance store processes and collective performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills with both international and local clientele.
  • Dynamic, initiative-driven, autonomous, and goal-oriented.
  • Exemplary presentation and a keen interest in the luxury fashion industry.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on individual performance contributing to the success of the Maison.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is highly desirable.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
