Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the history and heritage of Christian Dior Couture.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the brand, demonstrating extensive knowledge of collections and sales ceremonies.
  • Propose and sell items across various categories to optimize cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor boutique and client portfolio KPIs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
  • Proactively address the needs of a discerning clientele with expert advice on product selection.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, focusing on loyalty and acquisition of new customers both locally and internationally.
  • Utilize CRM techniques to enhance client retention through internal tools.
  • Participate in stock organization and maintain knowledge of inventory to efficiently meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve store processes and performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills with both international and local clientele.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous with a keen interest in luxury fashion.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on individual and collective performance.
  • Results-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is highly desirable.

Skills

Exemplary customer service and clienteling skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales techniques. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Keen understanding of luxury fashion trends and customer preferences.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
