Christian Dior Couture seeks a full-time Sales Advisor for its children’s wear store in Nanjing. The role focuses on customer service and sales targets, product guidance, store upkeep, inventory and merchandise presentation, while upholding retail standards and supporting other departments as needed.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet customer needs through high-quality service and product expertise, achieving sales targets.
- Assist customers in obtaining product information.
- Maintain the store’s cleanliness and appearance, replenish stock, and assist with cleaning.
- Carry out other assigned duties, including receiving deliveries, pricing or labeling products, conducting physical inventory checks, and arranging merchandise displays.
- Ensure sales procedures are followed and uphold the company’s retail standards, principles, and objectives.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school education or above.
- Strong communication and expression skills.
- A strong service orientation and approachable manner.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and work efficiently.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Retail or apparel sales experience is preferred.
