Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients in the Monaco boutique, creating an elevated first impression.
- Advise customers, identify needs and deliver personalised product recommendations.
- Execute sales transactions and manage after‑sales follow‑up to meet individual and boutique targets.
- Build long‑term client relationships that reflect and reinforce Dior’s brand values.
- Contribute to stock management activities including receiving, inventory control and replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation to uphold Dior merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a commercial/business studies program and seeking an apprenticeship placement.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in an additional language is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine customer service orientation.
- Professional demeanor appropriate to a luxury retail environment and a willingness to learn.
