Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the history and heritage of Christian Dior Couture.
  • Welcome clients as a brand ambassador, demonstrating extensive knowledge of collections and sales ceremonies.
  • Propose and sell items across different product categories to optimize cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor boutique and personal client portfolio KPIs.
  • Ensure client well-being in-store and deliver a personalized, memorable, and surprising experience.
  • Proactively find solutions to meet the demands of a discerning clientele.
  • Provide expert advice on pieces suited to clients' desires, personalities, and physiques.
  • Stay attuned to trends to offer clients style-appropriate looks.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships, focusing on loyalty and retention.
  • Acquire and retain new clients both nationally and internationally.
  • Actively develop a local client portfolio.
  • Apply CRM techniques to foster client loyalty using internal tools.
  • Participate in stock organization and maintenance.
  • Have thorough knowledge of stock and reserve items to efficiently meet client expectations.
  • Propose improvements to store processes and performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance collective boutique performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills with both international and local clientele.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous with a keen interest in the luxury and fashion industry.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on individual and collective success.
  • Results-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is highly desirable.

Skills

Exemplary presentation and behavior embodying the brand's values. Ability to understand and anticipate client needs. Strong initiative and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and clienteling skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and techniques.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
