Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-quality client service and product advice to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Assist customers in sourcing product information and recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Maintain visual standards of the boutique: merchandising, replenishment, attractive product presentation and general housekeeping.
- Execute store retail processes including pricing/labeling, receiving merchandise, stock checks and inventory control.
- Ensure consistent application of company retail standards, values and sales procedures in daily work.
- Provide ad-hoc support to other departments or colleagues as required by store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong service orientation with a friendly, client-focused manner.
- Capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain high productivity.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Previous retail or apparel sales experience is preferred.

Experience
Previous retail or apparel sales experience preferred; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is an advantage but not strictly required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
