Role & Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including individual sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction
  • Maintain strong drive for results and positive, team-first attitude
  • Act as brand ambassador within and beyond the boutique environment
  • Ensure welcoming, client-focused environment offering best-in-class service across in-person, phone, and electronic communication
  • Strategically develop and nurture local and international client base through personalized outreach, appointment setting, and consistent follow-up
  • Leverage deep product knowledge and brand storytelling to create meaningful client experiences
  • Problem-solve in partnership with leadership to resolve client issues to benefit the business
  • Anticipate client needs and deliver tailored product recommendations and styling guidance
  • Support floor moves, merchandising, visual displays, and housekeeping as required
  • Help locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and accurately process charge-send sales
  • Manage individual stock assignments, including organizing stock on sales floor and in stockroom
  • Participate in all inventory and cycle counts, protecting boutique assets through adherence to operating procedures
  • Assist in packing or wrapping customer merchandise as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods
  • Strong drive for business results with passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand
  • Ability to develop strong, lasting relationships through excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Outstanding customer service capability across in-person, phone, and electronic channels
  • Proficiency with retail systems and equipment including POS systems, cash registers, security tag removers, and office technology
  • Physical capacity to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures, and lift minimum 30 pounds
  • Responsibility for store security procedures including locking and securing premises
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
