Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of Christian Dior Couture's history, heritage, and brand values to serve as an authentic ambassador
  • Welcome clients with exceptional service, demonstrate expert product knowledge across jewelry and watch collections, and communicate the narrative behind each piece
  • Provide personalized styling advice tailored to clients' desires, personality, and morphology, with demonstrated ability to propose complementary items across product departments
  • Track key sales indicators for the boutique and personal client portfolio to ensure performance accountability
  • Ensure client comfort and well-being in-store, proactively addressing requests from a discerning international clientele
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through attentive follow-up, applying CRM best practices to preserve customer data via internal systems
  • Actively acquire new clients at both national and international levels through relationship-building and consultative sales
  • Participate in stock maintenance and organization, maintain perfect knowledge of inventory and reserve stock to respond efficiently to client requests

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, jewelry sales, or high-end customer service
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language highly valued
